Part-Time Presentation & Content Design Assistant (0.5 FTE)

About the Role

We are looking for a Presentation & Content Design Assistant to support an exciting rebranding initiative. This role goes beyond simply redesigning slides—you will play a key role in transforming presentation materials while preserving and strengthening the story behind them.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to refresh and modernize presentations, ensuring that the key messages, value propositions, and business insights remain clear, compelling, and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Convert, redesign, and refresh presentation materials in line with our rebranding efforts.
• Collaborate directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand the content and objectives behind each presentation.
• Translate complex ideas and insights into visually engaging and effective slides.
• Preserve the integrity of core messages while improving design, structure, and storytelling.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the clarity, consistency, and impact of presentation content.
• Develop presentation templates and visual assets that align with our brand identity.

• Background in Visual Design, Presentation Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to understand our business domain and content.
• Ability to grasp complex information and identify the key messages that matter.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• A flexible, mostly remote role where physical presence is not a key requirement.
• Direct collaboration with experienced business and industry leaders.
