We are looking for a positive and resourceful person to join our team in the role of Account Manager where you will be part of a small but growing customer-focused team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our software solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
You will also need to develop internal relationships within our industry, sales support and implementation teams who will support you in identifying the best approach to the gaps that you identify with our customers.
This role will require strong organizational skills, industry knowledge in Workforce Management or Workforce Management in the Supply Chain, with the ability to work closely with customers and other colleagues.
