DPDgroup chose to work with ORTEC to develop their now well-known 1-Hour Predict in the Cloud, a service that is setting a new standard for convenience by keeping customers closely in touch with their delivery. 1-Hour Predict in the Cloud allows the consignee to be notified in advance about the expected time of arrival of the DPD courier, and to reschedule the appointment if the initial one is not convenient.
