Stephan Bobbaers: Colruyt Group is a large and diverse company with various business units within our group. We originated in food retail but have expanded into non-food activities such as fitness, cycling, and fashion.

We aimed to move away from the outdated and fragmented landscape we had and transition towards a future-proof and standardized system.
