ORTEC announced that Managing Director of Enterprise Sales, Aaron Geiger, and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Planning Americas, Daphne de Poot, have been recognized as 2026 Pros to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

Geiger, named in the Leaders in Excellence category, brings more than 18 years of experience helping Fortune 500 organizations transform complex logistics operations through advanced optimization technology. As Managing Director of Enterprise Sales, he leads strategic engagements with large enterprise customers across industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and wholesale.
Over the past year, Geiger led a major modernization initiative for a multi-billion-dollar beverage manufacturer, replacing outdated routing and loading systems with a scalable optimization platform that improved visibility, increased vehicle utilization, and strengthened the company’s ability to adapt to future supply chain changes.

de Poot was recognized in the Rising Stars category for her leadership in advancing operational excellence and innovation across ORTEC Supply Chain Planning Americas. As Senior Vice President of Operations, she oversees solution delivery and customer success, ensuring organizations realize measurable value from ORTEC’s supply chain planning and optimization solutions.
With more than 13 years at ORTEC, de Poot has played a central role in shaping the company’s analytics, product, and operational strategies. Earlier in her career, she established ORTEC’s Data Driven Logistics team in the United States, enabling companies to leverage advanced analytics to determine cost-to-serve, optimize fleet sizing, and enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.
Over the past year, she has led strategic initiatives to strengthen collaboration between ORTEC’s business and R&D teams, improving governance and accelerating innovation. She has also served as a key executive sponsor of the company’s IGNITE initiative, which promotes cross-functional experimentation and rapid development of new solutions designed to address evolving customer needs.
