What you’ll do

As part of the Corporate Communications team, you’ll contribute to ORTEC’s global corporate communications, impactful visual content, and strategic storytelling. You will report to the External Communications Specialist and collaborate closely with the entire Corporate Communications team. This gives you the opportunity to learn from communication experts across disciplines like PR, thought leadership, social media, and visual design.

You’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects, always with support and guidance, such as:

·      Creating content for our external and internal channels, such as the website, social media, intranet, and newsletters.

·      Contributing to the development of global campaigns focused on PR and thought leadership.

·      Assisting in the creation and distribution of internal newsletters.

·      Supporting visual content creation with guidance from our in-house designers.

·      Helping prepare, schedule, and publish content for ORTEC’s social media platforms.

·      Analyzing the performance of our content across channels and target groups.

·      Providing general support to the Corporate Communications team.

·      And more, depending on your interests and learning goals!

·      You are in the final year of your bachelor’s or master’s in communications, marketing, media, or a related field.

·      You enjoy writing, designing, or planning creative content and you love learning new things.

·      Digitally savvy and comfortable using tools from Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and (optionally) Adobe Creative Suite.

·      You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.

·      You enjoy working with others and contributing to a collaborative, international team.

·      You have excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a plus but not required.

·      You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week for at least five months, starting in August 2025 (with a short handover at the end of July).
