We have three business units at ORTEC in the Netherlands: Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Management, and Data Science & Consultancy. For each division, we are looking for a (Senior) Business Partner in Finance.


In this role, you are a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, leveraging your insights to drive performance and enhance decision-making. You play a crucial part in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring that these align with our corporate and strategic objectives.

Your expertise in developing financial models will support scenario planning and investment decisions, while also identifying opportunities for cost optimization. By conducting in-depth analyses of key financial and operational metrics, you provide actionable recommendations that contribute to improved business performance. Moreover, you will focus on enhancing our financial reporting and analytics through automation and standardization, streamlining processes for greater efficiency. Collaboration is essential as you work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and operational excellence, influencing stakeholders to maintain financial governance and commercial discipline.

Who are you

  • Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role.
  • A strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Experience with Excel, BI and other modeling tools and ERP systems.
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS businesses is a plus
  • Professional level in English, Dutch is a plus
  • You are available for 32-40 hours a week
  • You live in the Netherlands, and you can travel to the Zoetermeer office at least once a week.
