In Zoetermeer we have our own bar to enjoy drinks with each other, or to play darts or table football during lunchtime. Being real puzzle solvers: on some floors you will notice jigsaw puzzles, and everyone is welcome to work on them.
The Amsterdam Office is in walking distance of the railway station (Sloterdijk) and parking in front of the office is free of charge. During lunch breaks you can enjoy a nice walk in the area, such as in the Westerpark. We have a great mix of ORTEC colleagues working in the Amsterdam office: developers, consultants, project managers and interns. We organize several social events like lunches and drinks in our bar and enjoy spending time together.
The ORTEC office in Groningen is also a smaller office, with a beautiful location next to the Stadspark. It’s easily accessible by car and public transport.
Many different ORTEC departments are represented at this location. This ensures a nice mix of colleagues. From developers to consultants and from project managers to graduates. To be sure that we all get to know each other, we organize a lot of social activities.
Permanent Contract: We believe in commitment: your permanent contract will be waiting for you.
Year-end Bonus: You participate in a fixed year-end bonus equal to a full month’s pay (In ratio to how many months you worked for ORTEC in the first year. If you are part of the sales team you will participate in a bonus scheme instead of the year-end bonus).
Improve your Mobility: You will receive a mobility and commuting allowance, which you can also use to fund a lease car. If you want to be more sustainable, you can also opt for an NS Business Card, for both business and private use.
Leave Days: To express the importance of relaxation, we offer a full-time employee 25 leave days and additional days from the age of 35. Furthermore, you have the possibility to buy 15 days extra (for part-timers we offer leave days to ratio).
Holiday Allowance: Enjoy your time off: all employees receive a holiday allowance of 8% of the gross salary earned at the employer during the previous 12 months.
Pension Scheme: We think about your future. That’s why we participate in the group pension scheme.
Internet Allowance: It’s important to us that you have a healthy work-life balance. To support working from home, we offer you a contribution for your internet connection.
Wellbeing: To enhance your wellbeing while working at ORTEC we organize workshops, webinars and other vitality-related activities.
Office Bar: Because you also need time for social bonding and relaxation: hang out with your colleagues in our own bar the ORTap for a game of darts, football or drinks.
Working from Abroad: We encourage you to expand your horizons and work world-wide from different locations. That’s why we offer the possibility to work from abroad for a maximum period of 1 month per year.
