As we scale our capabilities in health data science and medical device software, we are looking for a motivated Business Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.

This role is ideal for an academically educated professional with a passion for healthcare innovation, and structured quality processes.


As a Business Operations Specialist in our health tech organization, you play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations while supporting commercial, clinical, and digital product activities. You act as a cross‑functional connector who helps keep the organization running efficiently ranging from administrative coordination and marketing support to sales enablement, project support, and light ICT/system management related to our digital health solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Product, Quality & Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and ICT. Your work directly contributes to scaling our impact in the healthcare ecosystem and improving patient and provider experiences.

This position is well‑suited to a proactive fixer, analytically minded professional who thrives on variety and is motivated by contributing to meaningful innovation in healthcare.


Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and execute day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure continuity of business processes and compliance.
  • Support financial and HR administration.
  • Support new staff recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and internal records.
  • Prepare and streamline workflows and procedures.
  • Support management with planning, agendas, and project follow‑ups.
  • Help coordinate internal and external events.


Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online and offline) aimed at healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners.
  • Website (logiqcare.com) maintenance.
  • Contribute to content creation (website updates, newsletters, social posts, presentations).
  • Support organization of webinars, conferences, and medical events.
  • Conduct market or customer research to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Maintain brand consistency across communication channels.


Sales Support

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer presentations for healthcare clients.
  • Support CRM management and data quality.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, events, and follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs and pipeline activity.


ICT & System Support (Light)

  • Act as first point of contact for internal system users.
  • Coordinate with external ICT partners/suppliers for troubleshooting and system updates.
  • Maintain user accounts, access rights, and simple configuration tasks.
  • Support implementation of new tools.


Who are you

Education

Academic degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in Business Administration, Business Economics, Communication, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.


Experience

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, marketing support, project support, or a similar multifunctional role.
  • Experience with MS Office 365, or collaboration tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments (providers, insurers, medical devices, eHealth solutions) is a plus.


Skills & Competencies

Core competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dutch proficiency preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and creating reports.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Proactive team player with a hands‑on attitude, curious, and eager to learn.
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and quality.


Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM, WordPress and/or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Affinity with ICT systems and digital tools.
  • Understanding of privacy, data security, or regulatory practices (GDPR, MDR, ISO standards) is a plus.
