ORTEC Young Professional Program
In our 2-year program you follow courses in the field of Data Science, Operations Research and Personal Development Skills. At the same time you work on several projects, together with other young professionals and experienced employees.
Here you'll find out which role suits you best. Is that one of a developer or engineer? Or do you prefer to see yourself working as a business consultant? Or perhaps as an analytics or implementation consultant? With regular coaching meetings we help you to discover this. You decide how you shape your future!
ORTEC Bootcamp Experience
As an introduction to your traineeship, ORTEC organizes different activities. For instance, for Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Romania, we developed the ORTEC Bootcamp. During this bootcamp your skills as a young professional and as a team player will be boosted. It is a great way to get to know fellow trainees and to get to know ORTEC better.

"Unique about the traineeships is that you get to know all the other trainees during the various projects. This increases your network and your feeling of solidarity. We also do many things together outside of work, such as playing squash, football, paddling, or just having a drink. Sometimes this almost makes it feel like a student association."
Starters in their mid-career
People that start working at ORTEC, who already have some work experience, can also follow some courses from the Young Professional Program.
For them we offer courses in various soft skills, like conversation techniques, how to communicate with customers, and how to work in teams and projects.
This will help you to develop your people skills, which will be useful in your current position as well as in the roles you will have in the future. Because no matter what direction you are going, there is always room to grow as a professional.
