What to expect
Our hiring process is designed to be a two-way conversation. It's your opportunity to get to know our culture and see if ORTEC is the right fit for you - and it's our opportunity to understand your skills and ambitions.

Step 1: Online assessment
After you apply, we'll ask you to complete an online assessment. It helps us understand your strengths and how you might fit within our teams.

Step 2: First interview
Let's get to know each other through a first interview. We'll talk about your experience, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. It's also a great chance for you to learn more about our culture and how we work as a team.

Step 3: Second interview
In the second interview, we'll take a closer look at your technical skills and how you approach challenges. We will dive deeper into the role and our technology.

Step 4: Reference check
Before we make a decision, we'll contact one or more of the references you provided to confirm your professional experience.

Step 5: Job offer
If it's a good match for both of us, we'll be happy to make you an offer and welcome you to ORTEC.
