We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO within the CEO Office team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring they both operate effectively by managing priorities, enabling smooth communication, and preparing high-quality materials for decision-making.
This is a fast-paced and high-impact position at the heart of the organization, offering a unique advantage point into how an international company operates. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic topics, including company-wide initiatives and projects such as mergers and acquisitions.

What you’ll do
Manage and optimize calendars & priorities
Own and coordinate the calendars of the CEO and COO, ensuring alignment with key priorities, resolving conflicts, and creating focus. Organize travel, meetings, and day-to-day logistics to ensure seamless operations.Prepare and enable effective meetings
Create agendas, structure materials, and ensure both leaders are well-prepared for meetings and engagements.Support strategic CEO Office projects
Contribute to company-wide initiatives by conducting research, preparing analyses, coordinating deliverables, and supporting projects such as sustainability reporting, vendor due diligence, business planning, and other strategic priorities as they arise.
Act as a central coordination point
Support communication and alignment across teams on CEO- and COO-related topics.Lead logistics for the annual leadership event
Own end-to-end planning and execution of the annual leadership event from a logistics perspective (e.g., planning, coordination, vendor management, run-of-show), while partnering with others on content.Handle confidential matters
Manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
Relevant experience in executive support roles, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead.
Strong communicator, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
Interested in how organizations operate at a strategic level, with a curiosity for topics such as business operations, transformation, and leadership.
Experience or interest in areas such as event management, project coordination, or stakeholder management is a strong plus.

What we offer
A permanent contract.
Salary range 3.600 - 4.300 Euro gross monthly- depending on interview evaluations.
Holiday renumeration of 8%.
Additional month (13th Month)
