As a Junior Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer, you will be part of a small team of five professionals and work closely with experienced Senior Legal, Risk & Compliance Officers. Together, you support the organization in meeting internal policies, certification requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable laws and regulations.
Working with teams across the business, you help colleagues understand what requirements apply to them and how they can be embedded into everyday operations. You act as a trusted partner, helping teams navigate legal, risk, and compliance-related topics in a practical and business-friendly way.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in compliance, risk management, information security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements within an international and technology-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Support legal, risk, and compliance activities across the organization.
Work with teams to understand and demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements.
Maintain policies, procedures, risk registers, compliance registers, and related documentation.
Collect and organize evidence for audits, certifications, and customer assessments.
Assist with risk assessments and follow up on actions and improvement initiatives.
Support awareness campaigns, training activities, and internal communications.
Monitor relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments.
Assist with reporting and management updates on legal, risk, and compliance topics.
Who you are
You are curious, organized, and enjoy working with people from different departments. You ask the right questions, like to understand how things work, and can translate requirements into practical and workable solutions.
You have:
A bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field.
Up to three years of relevant work experience, including internships or graduate positions.
An interest in legal, risk, compliance, governance, or information security topics.
Affinity with privacy, data protection, and corporate governance.
An interest in frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, ISO 9001, or similar compliance frameworks.
An interest in privacy and data protection legislation, including GDPR.
The ambition to further develop yourself within legal, risk, compliance, privacy, and information security disciplines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What we offer
A permanent position with a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
Salary range: € 3000 - € 3500 gross per month (depending on experience and interview evaluations).
Holiday remuneration of 8%.
Additional month salary (13th month).
