The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent recruitment outcomes through hands-on execution of end-to-end hiring processes. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment actions, ensuring timely delivery and a strong candidate experience. 

The role focuses on execution excellence, candidate quality, and stakeholder alignment, while contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices. 

What You Will Do 

Recruitment Delivery & Execution 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all role levels, from early-career and professional positions to senior and leadership hires, from intake to hire. 

  • Ensure vacancies are filled in a structured, timely, and high-quality manner. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Drive a professional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders. 

Intake & Role Clarification 

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers. 

  • Translate business needs into clear role requirements and candidate profiles. 

  • Align on recruitment strategies, timelines, and selection approaches. 

Sourcing & Candidate Management 

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies. 

  • Utilize AI tools responsibly to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency. 

  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 

  • Deliver a consistent, engaging, and candidate-centric experience. 

Selection & Assessment 

  • Coordinate and conduct structured interviews. 

  • Apply agreed selection methods and assessment tools. 

  • Ensure objective, fair, and consistent candidate evaluations. 

  • Support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. 

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. 

  • Proactively identify and escalate recruitment risks, challenges, or delays. 

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement 

  • Follow established recruitment processes, standards, and templates. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and quality. 

  • Contribute to standardization and best practices across recruitment activities. 

  • Explore AI and automation opportunities responsibly to improve recruitment outcomes. 

Data & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and key hiring metrics. 

  • Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment performance. 

Who You Are 

Experience & Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or  related field, or equivalent work experience. 

  • Experience in recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. 

  • Experience with sourcing techniques and candidate engagement. 

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. 

 Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong organizational and execution skills. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. 

  • Skilled in structured interviewing and candidate assessment. 

  • Candidate-focused with a strong commitment to quality. 

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support sourcing, communication, interview preparation, and recruitment process efficiency. 

What we offer  

  • A permanent contract.  

  • Salary range 3.600 - 4.300 Euro gross monthly- depending on interview evaluations.  

  • Holiday renumeration of 8%.  

  • Additional month (13th Month)  

  • 25 annual leave days, additional days from the age of 35.  

  • NS Business Card 100%, lease opportunity or commuting allowance.  

  • Mobility allowance equal to 3% of base salary.  

  • Pension contributions.  

  • Compensation for private internet connection and a home working allowance.
