OUR HIRING PROCESS
What to expect
Our hiring process is designed to be a two-way conversation. It's your opportunity to get to know our culture and see if ORTEC is the right fit for you - and it's our opportunity to understand your skills and ambitions.
Step 1: Online assessment
After you apply, we'll ask you to complete an online assessment. It helps us understand your strengths and how you might fit within our teams.
Step 2: First interview
Let's get to know each other through a first interview. We'll talk about your experience, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. It's also a great chance for you to learn more about our culture and how we work as a team.
Step 3: Second interview
In the second interview, we'll take a closer look at your technical skills and how you approach challenges. We will dive deeper into the role and our technology.
Step 4: Reference check
Before we make a decision, we'll contact one or more of the references you provided to confirm your professional experience.
Step 5: Job offer
If it's a good match for both of us, we'll be happy to make you an offer and welcome you to ORTEC.

Where you can work
ORTEC has a strong presence across the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. Join one of our Western European offices and work with colleagues who solve complex optimization challenges for customers across a wide range of industries.
Our teams in Atlanta and Rio de Janeiro work closely with customers across the Americas while collaborating with colleagues around the world. Whether you're in consulting, technology, or a commercial role, you'll help organizations solve complex planning and optimization challenges.
Our teams in Romania, Poland, Greece, Italy, and Spain play an important role in developing our software and supporting customers around the world. You'll work on international projects and collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and the United States.
Our office in Denmark serves the Nordic market, with teams working closely together and collaborating with colleagues across the globe. Our roles here often combine deep technical expertise with direct customer interaction as part of the wider European and global organization.
From our Melbourne office, we work with customers across Australia and New Zealand and collaborate with our teams around the world. You'll contribute to local projects while sharing knowledge and expertise across our global organization.
