Training is available in Open Class, Custom Live Workshops, and E-Learning formats. In our Open Classes, we cover the ORTEC essentials that arm your users and key users with the knowledge and skills they need for success. Our frequently-scheduled classes make the open class format a great solution for your new team members. Open classes are held over subsequent days in half-day sessions, so that students aren’t pulled completely away from their daily roles.
If you feel the need for a more tailored approach, one of our custom options might be a better fit. Our Custom Training courses are premium, impact-focused options. These options include assessments, live or video-based training, and on-going Q&A sessions, and are delivered based on your specific implementation, work processes, and data.

This User training is designed to enable an operations specialist with some experience in route planning and dispatch functions to become a capable day-to-day user of the ORTEC Routing & Dispatch or ORTEC Inventory Routing solutions (as is applicable to the learner).

This Key User training is designed to enable an experienced operations specialist who has successfully completed User training to become a lead administrative and support user of the ORTEC Routing & Dispatch or ORTEC Inventory Routing solutions (as is applicable to the learner).
• Fee: $1,199 per learner
• Format: Virtual Learning, 4 half-day sessions

Payment Terms: Fees are due in full within 30 days of registration. If registration is within 30 days of the class, then payment is due immediately.
Cancellation Terms: Notice of cancellation must be received by ORTEC a minimum of seven (7) days before the training to receive credit to be applied to future training. The credit will expire six months after the date of the original training. ORTEC will not issue a refund for any cancellation.
