Join our dynamic Data Science & Consulting (DS&C) division as we continue our exciting journey to improve the world using mathematics, data science, and advanced analytics. We are seeking a AIMMS Developer who has a passion for consulting and software development. In this role, you will work on impactful projects for industries such as manufacturing, retail, energy, high-tech, and transport and logistics, engaging directly with clients and colleagues to drive meaningful change.


You as an AIMMS Analytics Consultant

At DS&C, we empower businesses to make valuable and effective data-driven decisions using cutting-edge tools and methodologies. As a AIMMS Analytics Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and experience to collaborate with diverse clients, ensuring their complex challenges are met with innovative solutions. This position emphasizes consulting skills, allowing you to deeply understand client challenges and develop or enhance AIMMS applications to meet their needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining AIMMS applications that drive client decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and align solutions with their needs.
  • Transforming business challenges into sophisticated mathematical models.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis and delivering insights to tackle operational hurdles.
  • Continuously improving solutions to adapt to evolving client scenarios and requirements.

Who are you

  • You have at least two years of experience with AIMMS.
  • You are based in the Netherlands and can communicate effectively in English (both verbally and in writing).
  • You have effective communication skills, are proactive, and enjoy collaborating within a team.
  • You are passionate about engaging with clients and making a positive impact.
  • You are flexible working from the office, a client’s location, or from home (at least twice a week in the Randstad area).
  • You enjoy and have experience in modelling and programming.
