ORTEC USA was named one of the Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces in this year’s first-ever global ranking. The inaugural Top 100 has been made up of organizations across North America, EMEA and Australasia.

Inspiring Workplaces™ strives to recognize and shape the new, forward-thinking organizations of the future. By shedding light on these innovative workplaces, they help to encourage positive change in workplaces as well as provide a source of inspiration and education for those who seek it.

ORTEC USA was asked to showcase its company culture by submitting a portfolio that exemplified six key elements fundamental to creating and supporting an Inspiring Workplace. These elements were related to culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication, and employee experience. The Top 100 was created by taking the scores from each regional program in 2023. The entries were judged and scored by local expert and independent judges.
