Over the first half of this year, ORTEC discovered common challenges and goals in the manufacturing industry. Most customers utilize load optimization in a specific part of their business but have not expanded these capabilities to other areas. Additionally, customers are looking to automate the load optimization process further but, in most cases, have to overcome internal challenges. However, most customers are meeting their load efficiency goals by achieving a 94% to 98% effectiveness rate based on a weight range of 42,000 – 45,000 lbs.
