As the market standard, SaaS solutions are now an expectation for new customers. Consequently, our strategic focus moving forward is centered entirely on the development and deployment of SaaS solutions.

Operating both On-Premise and SaaS environments concurrently is inherently inefficient for most companies, and ORTEC is no exception. Therefore, in an effort to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our solutions and customers, we have made the decision to exclusively develop and support SaaS solutions. This strategic shift allows us to innovate rapidly, deploy efficiently, scale seamlessly, and collaboratively leverage real-time data to continuously enhance the business value for our customers.

Our SaaS solutions are offered through an all-in subscription fee that is based on a multiplier of the value we create for our customers, to ensure we are aligning the services cost with the value delivered.

An integral component of our SaaS offering is the inclusion of Performance Analysis (our Analytics App) by default. These powerful tools add value for our customers by empowering them to quantify the value they receive and provides a foundation for further enhancements.

We are confident that the migration to SaaS presents an attractive business case for our customers. As part of this transition, new solutions, modules, and upgrades will exclusively be available for SaaS deployments.

It is important to note that support for On-Premise environments will cease on December 31, 2024, and we encourage all customers with On-Premise environments to migrate before this deadline to avoid potential issues from running an unsupported platform.
