ORTEC Americas Named One of the 2025 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation

National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Award 2025 | ORTEC Americas
Aug 12, 2025

2025 marks the fourth consecutive year ORTEC has received this honor.

ORTEC Americas, a leading provider of advanced analytics and optimization solutions, announced today it has been awarded a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation honor by the National Association for Business Resources’ (NABR) Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program for the fourth consecutive year. Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative business acumen and human resource practices can earn this prestigious accolade. With a ten-to-one ratio of applicants to winners, the companies selected are recognized as true leaders in employee engagement and organizational excellence.

The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which evaluated numerous key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. Categories included: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Creative Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment and Selection; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Civility and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance, Community Initiatives, and Corporate Responsibility; and Leadership, Strategy, and Company Performance.

With over 25 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, NABR has identified top-tier human resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies committed to high employment standards.

“We are honored, once again, to be nationally recognized as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For,” said Daphne de Poot, VP of Product at ORTEC. “Receiving this distinction for the fourth consecutive year reaffirms our commitment to cultivating a workplace that supports and empowers our employees within a culture of innovation and purpose.”

Maintaining a vibrant and engaging workplace culture remains a top priority for ORTEC: their leadership believes employees are the heart of the organization’s success, and that connection, recognition, and support are essential to continued growth.

Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and the Best & Brightest Programs, emphasized, “These companies have prioritized making a significant impact on their culture. With a focus on their employees as the top priority, this powerful community of the nation's elite leaders have gained a competitive edge.”

All 2025 winners will be featured in the Corp! Magazine “All Winners” issue in December 2025.
