ESS 7 is the name of the latest version of ORTEC ESS, used by most organizations. The previous version was called "ORTEC Workforce Scheduling for Employees" or "OWS" and is also still in use sometimes.
The ESS app allows you to manage your work schedule, submit preferences, swap shifts, and more; all from your phone, tablet, or computer.
You can get your login credentials from your planner or team leader. They can provide you with the correct link and credentials to access the ESS app for your organization.
