2. Customer Service Web User Interface

We also understand that you don’t want customers to enter their information again and again. For customers where you already have address information, but don’t have a latitude and longitude, it’s possible to send the address information to ORTEC for E-Grocery as part of the order. Our system automatically validates if data clean-up is required or not. The E-Grocery suite provides a dedicated, web based user interface in which customer addresses are flagged as “Requires Attention” when the provided data is not clean and accurate. By clicking into the flagged address the user is guided to an easy to use web page in which alternative address locations are provided, the correct customer location can be selected on a map or even an entirely new address search can be started.
