ORTEC’s main priority is to deliver the best solutions to our customers in the shortest time. The tools we use and standards we follow play a large role in that process. Last month we completed implementation of the Azure DevOps Boards on all ORTEC Projects.

Azure DevOps Boards is a Microsoft product that allows users to plan, track, and discuss work across teams by using Kanban Boards, Backlogs, and Sprints for even the most complex projects. The best of agile methodology combined with drag-and-drop sprint planning and comprehensive traceability and transparency yield the best results. Delivery Plans and dashboard widgets provide new insights into the health and status of the project. It also allows us to distribute the workload among sprints in the most efficient way, assign an owner for each work item, and track relations between tickets.
